Where can I find information about a product?
You can find technical information, specifications, brochures as well as other helpful product data on the finishes, textures, decorative panel and raw panel details pages under the first menu header "Products" and in the Downloads section under the menu item "Service".
If you cannot find the information you are looking for there, please contact your dedicated customer service team member or send a message to info[at]pfleiderer[dot]com.
Are the colours I see on my screen correct reproductions?
On-screen colours are approximate and may vary due to digitisation, compression, monitor settings and software. Colour values are therefore not binding.

Are the finish images to scale?
The 1270 x 1270mm finish cut-out and the 100 x 100mm detailed view show a section of the original finish paper design that is to scale.
In the course of the finish paper processing to create decorative panel materials, the paper length and width may shrink or increase slightly. This may lead to marginal scale ratio differences between the original design and the decorative end product.
Are the product images and product cross sections to scale?
All product cross sections are a schematic representation of the product structure only and are not a definitive, to scale image of the material.
Photos may show the products enlarged or scaled down. They merely provide guidance with regard to the actual dimensions and scale ratios of the materials.

Pfleiderer services
What are the Pfleiderer services?
Our services support you in planning and implementation, including dealer search, digital tools such as WorkApp, Moodboard, Facade Configurator, Construction Guide, Product Finder, 3D Viewer, downloads for brochures and technical data and BIM data.
How do I get access to Pfleiderer online services?
Register via the Account section (top right). After activation, you can use your credentials to log into all authorised services. Features vary per service.
Why do login details differ between webshop, sample shop and customer portal?
For data protection and process reasons some areas require separate access rights. Your main account remains the same; some services may require additional permissions or logins.
Where can I find my documents or records?
After logging into the custtomer portal, open the respective service area of your account. Relevant documents such as order history, sample orders or addresses are listed there clearly.
How can I reach Pfleiderer if I need support or have further questions?
If you need assistance or have further questions, you can use our contact form the thematic service email addresses, your personal contact or the contact page with all details and the dealer search. For sample enquiries, please use the Sample Shop.
Customer account
What advantages does a customer account offer?
With a personal customer account, you can benefit from the advantages of our Pfleiderer services and simply log in to use your respective services quickly and easily after registering only once:

- Register for newsletter
- Partner programme P+ for those who process our products
How do I register?
If you do not yet have a Pfleiderer customer account, you can simply register for the Pfleiderer services under "Account":
- Click on the "Account" icon in the top right-hand corner of the homepage and select the Pfleiderer services you would like to register for.
- In the login window, navigate to "Click here to register".
- Complete the fields shown and confirm by clicking on the "Register" button. You must complete all fields marked with an asterisk (*).
What does "login" mean? How do I log in?
As a registered user, you can simply and quickly log in to use all of the benefits of the Pfleiderer services. To do so, go to "Account" on our homepage, choose the required service and log in with your email address and your password.
I have forgotten my password: What now?
If you have forgotten your password, simply click on the "I have forgotten my password" link on the login form and enter your email address in the next window.
You will then immediately receive an email from us with information about how to reset your password.
Is my personal data safe?
The protection of your personal data is extremely important to us. Please refer to the General terms & conditions and our Privacy policy for details.
Sample order
What does the Pfleiderer Sample Shop offer?
To make it easier for you and your customers to choose the finish or product that is right for you, we offer you the option of using our free sample ordering service to receive brochures, collection cards, sample swatch sets, A4 material samples and A4 finish or texture samples. You may request up to 15 different items per order.
Do I have to be registered to be able to order a sample?
Yes. Please log in under "Account" to access the sample shop. If you do not yet have an account for the Pfleiderer sample shop, you can also register for one there.
How can I order samples?
1) Log in or register under Account
2) Select a product in the Products section.
3) On the product detail page open Samples and add via Order sample to your cart. Alternatively, add items directly in the Sample Shop
4) Review the cart; remove or move items to the wishlist
5) Confirm the shipping address or add an alternative one.
6) Click Order for free now – you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
Can I change or cancel my sample order once it has been placed?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change sample orders that have already been placed.
Please complete a new order for the samples you need.
Save for later
What is the "Save for later" feature?
This feature gives you the option of saving product, finish, texture as well as available sample medium detail pages for later. You can view your "Save for later" list via the star symbol in the top right-hand corner of the website.
How does the "Save for later" feature work?
You will find a star symbol next to each item that can be added to your "Save for later" list. To add this page to your "Save for later" list, click on this symbol next to the page you want to save for later. When you visit the website, you can therefore navigate the pages in a focused and targeted way and save the results of your searches on your "Save for later" list for later. All saved elements can then be viewed together by clicking on the star symbol in the top right-hand corner of the website. The sample materials on the "Save for later" list can of course by moved to the shopping basket directly from the list, just like they can be moved to the list from the shopping basket.
