A special shopping experience

The Hellbach concept store and rehabilitation centre combine function and design, tradition and innovation par excellence. With great attention to detail, Susanne and Matthias Hahn wanted to create an environment for their customers that conveys a feel-good atmosphere. In a Scandinavian ambience, interior designer Elke Park and her planning office PARKRAUM used their creative flair to design two retail spaces that combine industrial style with a special feel-good atmosphere: retail in the health sector, a medical supply store and concept store, as well as rehabilitation technology.

A pleasant atmosphere for all customers

In the concept store and rehabilitation technology department, customers will find not only high-quality aids and products, but also inspiration and excellent service. A unique interior design concept has been created: the light-filled atmosphere invites customers to linger. In addition to health-promoting products and mobility aids, customers will be surprised by a chic selection of fashion, lingerie, attractive home accessories, jewellery, porcelain and gift items.

Modern colour and material concept

To ensure a uniform look across the entire area and create a unique shopping experience, Elke Park opted for a flexible, ceiling-mounted product display system. This product display solution was made possible by the use of special shelves and furniture elements featuring Pfleiderer's outstanding decor. In addition, a large number of large white back panels with narrow black pilaster strips were installed to showcase the products. The high-contrast interior provides the products with the necessary backdrop for modern visual merchandising. The lighting concept rounds off this highly professional design by PARKRAUM: the unique reflectance and colour rendering of the furniture surfaces make everything appear fluid. In addition, digital elements such as large and small monitors framed with decorative surfaces enhance the sales-promoting atmosphere, encouraging customers to linger in the shop longer.

Sustainability and versatility

It was essential to incorporate the plant world into these areas and to use forward-looking climate technology as guiding design principles. Mr and Mrs Hahn have done an outstanding job of utilising the entire space outside of opening hours for events. In particular, the opportunity to cater to the special clientele of lymph patients can be put to good use: the very generously designed kitchen with cooking facilities for customers and show cooking as a full-time space benefit!

Added value cubed

The added value that customers gain in the concept store and at Rehatechnik Hellbach is reflected in the successful design and masterful ambience of the sales areas, achieved through the use of carefully considered décor and surface finishes: The Hellbach concept store is a place of movement, offering a high degree of flexibility in terms of design and a meeting place for people of different needs, ages and backgrounds, inviting them to do more than just shop and enjoy a cup of coffee.
