For example, we support junior managers with PEPP: The Potential Development Program at Pfleiderer is a process for determining strengths as well as individual and targeted development.
We have also established a master forge at many locations for our technical managers. It is also designed to help determine professional strengths, develop them further and consolidate leadership skills.
In addition, our managers can build on numerous other needs-oriented development measures, such as coaching, training or structured feedback.
