Tradition meets modernity

Le Méridien is an international hotel chain in the four and five-star category and opened its doors for the first time in Vienna in 2003. After 13 years and a change of ownership, it was time to rediscover oneself. The aim should be a refurbishment in order to develop a new structure for the public areas of the building ensemble consisting of listed corner buildings, which provides better orientation as well as a modern interior and a cosmopolitan ambience.

Professional realization

Reliable partners were necessary in order to master this temporal and logistical challenge in addition to normal hotel operations. "Pfleiderer offers a wide range of products of proven quality. The selection of surfaces, decors and structures is wide. Moreover, the availability of the products is always guaranteed, so that even in the case of further extensions or architectural additions, I can obtain identical products of the same quality in the shortest possible time when it matters. For me as an architect, this is an important aspect when working on a project that offers many different potentials and possibilities," says the project's architect.
