When BOMAR Wholesale opened a new store in Gdansk, Poland, StudioLOKO's interior designers created a design concept using various Pfleiderer products, among other things, that harmonized the showroom and office space, thus presenting the materials not only visually but also directly.

BOMAR Wholesale in Poland was founded in 1994 in Grajewo, in the immediate vicinity of the Pfleiderer site there. As a wholesaler of MDF, HDF, laminate and building boards as well as plywood and furniture accessories, there were many points of contact with Pfleiderer and the company relied on close cooperation right from the start. BOMAR has now been a member of Pfleiderer's partner network for many years and is one of the largest dealers of the wood-based panel manufacturer on the Polish market.

BOMAR offers a complete range of products for interior fittings and the production of furniture. Ideal conditions for the architects of StudioLOKO, who designed a design concept for the new branch in Gdansk. The aim was to create an attractive and modern space in which people can work comfortably while at the same time displaying and selling various products. The colours are grey and white in combination with wood and black accents. In this way, the ambience appears modern, but not cold. Delicate shelves, chests of drawers and display boards complete the straight-line design. The lighting concept of the room was also designed accordingly: The work areas are ideally illuminated without stealing the show from the showroom as an optical highlight in the centre.

In order to present the diverse range equally attractively, the decision was made for a simple and elegant background design in clear white on wooden elements, matching the surrounding work surfaces. In this way, the advantages of the materials are presented through the combination of showroom and office space, both visually and in real life. "This type of presentation is a great help and a source of inspiration for potential customers who want to choose products on site," confirms the architect.
