Häcker Küchen GmbH & Co KG and Pfleiderer have been working in close partnership for many years now. Many of the ultramodern furniture elements produced by this internationally active kitchen manufacturer are fitted with surfaces from Pfleiderer. In the new Panorama 2 administration wing, Häcker is also using PrimeBoard – an innovative product from Pfleiderer – on its own premises.
According to Stefan Möller, Managing Director Purchasing Häcker Kitchens, laminates such as those from Pfleiderer are an honest, flexible and reliable product which we like to work with and which our customers also like. In the past, the two companies have already worked together on several innovative projects such as the "HPL kitchen" at the beginning of 2017.
With the innovative "Pfleiderer PrimeBoard", Häcker is now using a product from the engineered wood specialist in its own offices in the new Häcker "Panorama 2" administration building. The four-storey building complex "Panorama 2" offers over 300 new jobs on a total area of around 7,500 m2 and a spacious training and seminar wing with a terraced outdoor area. In addition, around 1,000 m2 of new Ausstellungsflächen are waiting to present Häcker's innovative kitchen elements.
Among other things, the white partition walls help to divide the progressive office concept into flexible, separate individual areas. This required speed, as the offices had to be completed as quickly as possible. Pfleiderer was able to react promptly at this point and, with the new "PrimeBoard", supplied an absolutely high-quality lacquered surface in a colour combination which, with its elegant design in the trendy matt look, perfectly matched the elegant design concept with ultra-modern desks and a new type of lighting system. 1,300 m² of solid system partition walls in crystal white (U11026) and the surface finish "XTreme Matt" (XT) were created in this way with "Pfleiderer Prime Board", which divides the rooms into office areas of different sizes. A special additional benefit: The surfaces are mounted with a so-called shadow gap, so that a wide variety of information, graphics, pictures or decorative elements can be easily attached to the wall using clamping elements. The practical anti-finger-print effect also protects against unwanted dirt and makes cleaning easy. Thanks to an optimum colour combination, "Pfleiderer PrimeBoard" can also be used and combined in a variety of ways and with flexibility.
Following the ground-breaking ceremony in summer 2016, Häcker's first employees were able to move into their new offices in May of this year. Construction is to be completed in time for the in-house exhibition in mid-September.
