Where can I find information on a product?
Technical information, data sheets, brochures and other useful product data can be found on the product pages under “Products and Applications”.

Is the colour shown on the screen correct?
The colour reproduction of decors and products on your screen is merely an approximate value. Digitisation and compression for web applications can cause individual deviations. Furthermore, the colour display depends on the monitor and its settings and on the software used to show illustrations. The colour values shown are therefore not binding.
To make it easier for you to choose from our decor and product variety, we offer you the option of a free Samples order Service.
To make it easier for you and your customers to choose the suitable decor, we offer you the option of ordering DIN A4 size real samples through our free of Charge Sample order Service.
What are the benefits of having a customer account?
With your personal customer account, you can use all the benefits of ourPfleiderer services and after registering once, you can use your login data to quickly and easily log into:- Sample shop for everyone.
How do I register?
If you do not yet have a customer account with Pfleiderer, you can register for the Pfleiderer services very easily under “My account”:
- They you must click “Register / Login” and choose the Pfleiderer Service for which you would like to register.
- In the Registration / Login window, go to “Registration”.
- Now fill in the input fields displayed and press the “Register” button to confirm. The fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory fields and must be filled in.
What does login mean? How do I log in?
As a registered user you can log in easily and quickly and use all the advantages of the Pfleiderer services. To do this, under “My account”, go to “Registration / Login”, select the required service and log in with your email address and password.
I have forgotten my password: What do I do?
If you have forgotten your password, click the Forgot password link in the “Login mask” and enter your email address in the window that appears.
You will then receive an email from us immediately with information on how to change the Password.
Are my personal data secure?
Protection of your personal data is very important to us. For details, please refer to the AGB (T&Cs) and our Data protection Statement.
Do I have to be registered to order samples?
Yes. Please log in for the samples shop under “My account”. If you do not yet have an account for the Pfleiderer samples shop you can also register there.
How can I order samples?
- Log in for the samples shop under “My account”. If you do not yet have a customer account, please register for the samples shop.
- Select the decor you would like from the COLLECTION area.
- Select the required sample from the selection menu for “Request sample” and confirm with the shopping basket icon. The sample is automatically added to your shopping basket.
- In the shopping basket you can check your order and remove any samples not required. If your shopping basket is not displayed correctly, please refresh the view (F5 key) or empty your browser cache (Ctrl + Shift + Del keys).
- Click “Order selected items” to send off your samples order.
- You will then receive a confirmation email from us for your samples order.
Can I subsequently change or cancel my samples order?
It is unfortunately not possible to change orders that have already been submitted. Please enter a new order with the required samples.
