Organization

At the Pfleiderer Group, the Chief Risk and Compliance Officer (CRCO), who reports directly to the CFO, is responsible for implementing the Group-wide compliance program.

The CRCO is supported by regional compliance officers, who report directly to him from the Pfleiderer Group’s business centers. Within the individual business units, the respective chief executives are responsible for compliance.
