Guidelines
Our “Guidelines for Leadership and Cooperation” are basic rules upon which our everyday work and interaction are based. We believe that leadership and cooperation are key issues on the way to into the future and that to a large degree they determine whether and how we achieve our goal of being successful and profitable. The high expectations of our customers and shareholders and the increasing number of new challenges presented by a constantly changing market environment require a clear line in terms of leadership and cooperation.
With the guidelines, we have agreed on basic rules which are designed to give us a grounding and orientation. This is a matter of leadership, organization, responsibility and the inner attitude to the company and each other.
Executives, employees and members of the employee councils from all areas were equally involved in the joint development of the guidelines. Our guidelines are therefore a shared matter and are constantly encountered at Pfleiderer.
