North America

Pfleiderer´s Region North America comprises the activities of the ‘Flooring’ and ‘Panel’ Business Centres at four locations in Canada and one location in the U.S., employing approximately 800 people.

For many years now, the Company’s subsidiary Uniboard has been one of the leading integrated suppliers of laminated flooring in North America. In 2007, Pfleiderer Group takes over the Swedish Pergo AB, which was one of the first enterprises producing laminated flooring, and became the leading fully integrated manufacturer of laminated flooring in North America. By integrating North American production, Pfleiderer increases its production efficiency, improves capacity utilization and realizes considerable cost savings.

Additionally, we supply the furniture and construction industries with particleboard, MDF and HDF boards, as well as with a range of surface finishes in a variety of designs and structures.
