Our “Guidelines for Leadership and Cooperation” are basic rules upon which we focus our daily working lives and day-to-day cooperation. For us, leadership and cooperation are key issues on the way into the future and are of key importance for the issue of whether and how we achieve our goal of being successful and profitable. The high expectations of our customers and shareholders and the constantly new challenges of a continually changing market environment require a clear policy of leadership and cooperation.

With the Guidelines, we have agreed on basic rules to give us a framework and orientation. This is all about leadership, organization, responsibility and the inner attitude towards the Group and each other.

The management, staff and members of the employee councils from all parts of the Group were equally involved in the joint development of our Guidelines. Therefore, our Guidelines are a shared experience that you will encounter daily at the Pfleiderer Group.
