Internal Junior Consulting Program

Anyone who wants to achieve a lot needs the right openings! In our trainee program, we will give you targeted practical experience and you can test your ability to assume responsibility, for example in specific project work and on international deployment in our plants around the world. Close contacts with the management – right up to the Executive Board – will allow you to observe, learn and take part in a dialogue that will help you to assess situations and make good decisions.
